For the widely used Ac to 12 volt Dc architecture, in addition to the V2 shelf, Bel also offers the SPSPFE power shelf, which can house 18 kW of power. The shelf is compatible with the 3000 watt TET 2000 Titanium Efficiency and PFE3000 Platinum Efficiency PSUs, which can operate from a wide AC input, and provide up to 5 amps of 12 volt standby power per supply. Bel's Ac to 48 volt Dc solution is based on the SPSTET4 Power Shelf, boasting 24 kW of power in the same 1 OU rack space. The TET4000 PSUs offer titanium efficiency and a programmable output set point between 42 and 58 volts DC also with a 12 volt, 5 amp standby supply.
In central offices being converted to data centers, or other situations requiring Dc-Dc power conversion, Bel offers the SPSPFF3 Power Shelf, which features dual 250 amp DC inputs and space for six PFF3000 PSUs. The PFF3000 is a 3000 watt PSU that operates from a 40-72 volt DC input and offers a 12 volt output and 12 volt 2 amp standby power.
